Yes. The RGJ made a terrible decision elimination comments on articles. It’s part of free speech and how we can keep a check on the rouge press. In a world where Fox evening “news” anchors (really opinion anchors) are so greedy they knowingly tell their viewers what they want to hear even if they know it’s not true, readers need to keep RGJ reporters and all reporters in check.

Yes, real news & commentary/analysis are needed in the Reno Sparks area. Aside from Alicia Barber’s perspective, we have no news through any of the newer media outlets. How can we remain active concerned citizens without info? It’s hard to develop the sources & takes constant monitoring which most of us don’t make time for. I’m willing to chip in.

Have missed your comments, research and info. Always appreciated the time spent to update. Sad to see the decline in the City of Reno (meaning elected officials and unelected buearocrats), Washoe county and the state of NV overall. But City of Reno, ugh! Believe it reflects the overall state of our nation. Votes and taxpayers input no longer seem relavant.
