–        1-5 July – $3,147,613, including 10 developer SFRs.

–        8-12 July – $8,376,113, including 18 developer SFRs.

–        15-19 July – $7,746,806, including 14 developer SFRs.

–        22-26 July – $4,451,990, Including only 5 developer SFRs.

 This week would have been even more paltry, but WCSD can through with 2 $1,000,000 permits.  And a first – a chicken coop permit!

–        1675 W. 4th – $50,000 Grading – Old motel site that was used for RETRAK staging (Golden West?).  The W 4th Street Transit Corridor Plan identified the site for potential high rise construction.  There was a proposal at one time to connect this site to Oxbow Nature Area and Idlewild Park with a pedestrian bridge.  A detailed search of the permit didn’t reveal any details of the proposed development.
