000 Moose Ridge just listed for $!,450,000 in today’s WTF listing.  24 “approved” lots that have most likely expired, no infrastructure installed, probably no water rights attached since it got approved under Reno rules.  Over $60,000 per raw lot.  When $25,000 will buy you a serviceable entitled Somersett lot these days.  Some interesting cast of characters are invested in this one, if you care to track them down.
