I get my median sales figures from the Assessor’s site instead of the MLS.  I filter out the repos and REOs, the houses built in 2011 and 2012, and only select single family properties, so I may be missing some of the Duet type sales and a few spec house sales if they still exist.

April median with this methodology was $150K.  May to date is $165K with strong support (lots of sales) around this number.  That’s a 10% bump in a month.  Let the good times roll!
